Introducing Clinton Higginbotham: The LubaSF Team’s Part-Time Prodigy

When I decided to bring on an assistant to help with the many moving parts of real estate, it didn’t take long to think of the perfect person—Clinton Higginbotham. Clinton isn’t just any assistant; I’ve known him since he was in kindergarten. I’ve watched him grow into a driven, sharp, and curious young man, and now he’s a part-time member of the LubaSF team while finishing his senior year at Sacred Heart Cathedral in San Francisco.
Clinton was drawn to real estate because of the variety and energy it offers—no two days are ever the same. From hosting open houses to meeting new clients, he loves the chance to connect with people and experience something new every day. Plus, as he puts it, “It’s not your usual desk job!”
He’s gaining hands-on experience as our assistant, learning the ins and outs of the industry while juggling school, a car detailing side hustle, and an impressive travel record (10+ countries and counting!). Clinton plans to study entrepreneurship or business marketing in college, with his top choices being the University of San Francisco and the University of Nevada, Reno. If he stays local, he’ll continue working with the LubaSF team, but if college takes him out of The City, he plans to return as a realtor, using everything he’s learned to thrive as a realtor in the SF real estate market as an integral member of the LubaSF team.
Clinton’s energy, curiosity, and natural people skills make him a fantastic addition to the team. Whether it’s hosting an open house, helping clients, or keeping things running behind the scenes, he’s already showing just how valuable he is.
