Born in what is now Ukraine and brought to San Francisco at age two, Luba grew up in the Richmond District and has spent nearly her entire life in The City. Before real estate, she built a career in hospitality, an experience that shaped the concierge-level service, communication, and attention to detail her clients know today. When the industry changed after 9/11, she found her way into real estate and never looked back.

Her approach has always been straightforward. Luba believes clients deserve an advisor who is willing to point out risks, challenge assumptions, and sometimes recommend walking away from a property. Long-term outcomes matter more than winning any individual deal. She tells clients what not to buy as readily as she helps them compete for the right home.

She also teaches real estate professionals how to build and implement their own AI systems while developing a more accessible product for agents who want the benefits without having to construct everything themselves. Outside of real estate, Luba serves on the board of Beyond Rescue, a 100% volunteer-run, foster-based San Francisco dog rescue. Over the years, she has helped save thousands of dogs through fostering, adoption events, marketing, fundraising, and volunteer leadership.
