Hey there, San Francisco! It’s been a minute (or a few years, but who’s counting?). If you’ve been around since the early days, you might remember that from 2007 to 2012, I ran a pretty popular real estate blog right here in the City. We’re talking thousands of readers, mentions from the likes of Curbed SF, SocketSite, and more. It was a wild ride, and I’ve missed every moment of it.

Well, I’m thrilled to say that the blog is back! It’s been on hiatus for way too long, but I’m ready to dive back in and bring you all the informative, entertaining, and sometimes just plain fun content you loved. We’ll be covering everything from the ins and outs of the San Francisco real estate market to the latest happenings around the City we all adore. I’ll also sprinkle in some local event coverage and discussions about what really matters to you.

I’ll be keeping you updated on new laws and regulations that impact property owners and the San Francisco real estate market—because let’s be honest, staying on top of that stuff isn’t just important, it’s essential. And don’t worry, I’ll do it all in a style that keeps you entertained while you stay informed.

Oh, and here’s something new—I’m adding weekly videos to the mix. Now, I’m still getting the hang of this whole video thing, so bear with me as I find my groove. I’m excited to connect with you all in a new way, and I hope you’ll enjoy watching as much as I’ll enjoy making them.

This blog isn’t just about me talking at you—I want to hear from you, too! Got a suggestion? A burning question about the SF real estate market? Maybe there’s someone you’d love to see me interview? I’m all ears. Reach out to me with your ideas, your questions, and your feedback. Whether it’s through email, a text, or a message on social media, I’m here for you. This is a conversation, and I’m ready to chat—both publicly in the blog and videos, and privately if that’s what you prefer.

So let’s get this party started again, shall we? I can’t wait to reconnect with you all and start bringing you the content you’ve been missing. Here’s to many more years of talking about this incredible City we call home. Cheers!
