So, when I decided it was time to expand the LubaSF team, I knew I had to find someone exceptional.
Enter Felipe De Bedout. Or, as I like to joke, my “son.” And yes, he’s used to hearing me say that by now. But truthfully, it’s because Felipe feels like family. From the moment we started working together, I knew he was the perfect fit—not just for me, but for my clients. And trust me, I’m not an easy person to impress.
So, who is Felipe? Born and raised in Colombia, Felipe moved to the U.S. at just 15 years old with his sister. Landing in Los Angeles, he embraced a whole new world of possibilities with determination and drive. After earning his degree in Political Science, he moved to San Francisco, where he immediately fell in love with The City. Like me, he saw something special here—a vibrant energy and culture that just feels like home.
Real estate turned out to be the perfect career for Felipe. His early sales experience sharpened his ability to connect with people, and his knack for understanding what people truly need made him a natural fit for this industry. When I met him, I saw someone who not only had the technical skills but also shared my values: integrity, honesty, and always putting clients first.
Felipe isn’t just smart and hardworking—he’s also deeply committed to the community. He’s an active leader in Stonewall SF, where he organizes sports leagues that create inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals. His dedication to fostering community shines through in everything he does, whether he’s helping someone find their dream home or making sure every person on his team feels supported and included.
I chose Felipe because he brings so much to the LubaSF team.
