San Francisco Home Sales Data – November 2007

So November has ended. We’re done scrambling to get ready for Thanksgiving, and we’re now scrambling to get ready for the rest of the year end holidays that happen to all fall at the end of December. But what the end of November REALLY means is that this San Francisco REALTOR can now pass on the latest SF Home Sales statistics to you for the entire month of November.

So here’s this month’s summary of home sales pulled directly from the MLS. Remember, these are all closed sales and not pending sales.

Check back monthly to get the latest facts and figures – and if you have any questions and these statistics, or the market in general, feel free to give me a holler! I’m always happy to talk "real estate!" 🙂
