A New San Francisco Online Real Estate Community

I’m sure many of you have heard of ActiveRain and LinkedIn and the other dozens of online communities – some geared at networking, some geared at real estate, and some geared at both.
Until now though, there hasn’t been a localized version of an online real estate community – but times are a changing!!!
This brilliant idea comes from the folks that collaborate on sfnewsletter (the best free newsletter about SF real estate and the popular blog www.thefrontsteps.com – but this newest idea is one I think can benefit the entire San Francisco real estate community in general – and YES – this includes buyers, sellers and Realtors alike!
It’s www.thefrontsteps.org and it’s an online community where brokers and agents and principals (that’s buyers and sellers in regular speak) can come together to get involved in some meaningful conversations about SF real estate. It’s brand new, so you won’t see much activity there yet – but it’ll be up to members to get the dialogue rolling.
I just started a group for neighbors in the Outer Sunset and Parkside. There’s a group for Noe Valley Neighbors. In fact, there’s EVEN a group for high-rise-condo-dwelling singles that are looking for love in high places! (So what if there’s just one lonely member as of this posting – it only takes two to tango right? Just one more and maybe we have a love connection?)
Anyway – to make a long story short, if you give a damn about San Francisco real estate and are interested in all things cutting edge, get on thefrontsteps bandwagon. You never know what you’ll find there – and frankly, neither does anyone else just yet!
